Conveyors are sued in a wide variety of applications. Everything from industrial factories to your local supermarket relies upon conveyors in one way or another. Whether it is simple roller conveyors or fully automated conveyor belts, they are a vital piece of equipment for a variety of situations.

Despite this huge demand in the workplace, conveyor systems are significantly underused in homes. It could be argued that they are not practical enough to be implemented, but you don’t necessarily need the huge mechanical devices used in manufacturing sectors.

In a home you could use roller conveyors as a replacement for shelves in a linen closet, making it easier to slide off linen. Conveyors can be used in the kitchen to cycle through your foodstuffs, saving cupboard space as you may only need one door or compartment to access a wider range of items.

These are novel ideas and obviously are in no way a need or requirement, which is why they do not get used more regularly. But it does illustrate the potential of conveyors in the home. There is a plethora of possibilities that they could be used for or applied to.
